PETDER member companies have a leading role setting a model for the petroleum sector and other sectors with their operational practices which not only comply with health, safety and environment legislation but also takes it one step further.

Health, Safety and Environment Committee cooperates with the regulatory authorities and the stakeholders in the sector for the preparation of standards and legal regulations pertaining to safety and environment. The committee meets once a month to discuss the agenda in order to actively participate in these activities and raise sectoral and public awareness through model practices.
