Amendment to the bylaws of the Association shall be made at Ordinary or Extraordinary General Assembly Meetings. Members shall be notified of the proposal for amendment in the bylaws of the Association in writing at least 15 days before the meeting.(2)
Presence of two-thirds of the members who are entitled to attend General Assembly Meetings shall be sought for discussion of amendments to the bylaws. In the event that required quorum is not met in the first meeting, second meeting shall convene provided that attendance is not less than twice the number of principles members of Boards of Directors and Auditors. In addition, affirmative vote of at least two-thirds of the attendees shall be required for any amendments to the bylaws of the Association.
