PETDER member companies not only meet a significant part of liquid fuel, LPG and lubricant demand in Turkey but also have a leading role in undertaking supply and distribution of fuel through road, railroad and marine transportation in accordance with national and international regulations and developing new standards.

Transportation Committee cooperates with the regulatory authorities and the stakeholders in the sector for setting the standards for vehicles / equipment used in all forms of transport and for the preparation of standards and legal regulations pertaining to the training and improving the standards of the staff employed in the sector. The committee meets once every two months to discuss the agenda in order to actively participate in these activities and raise sectoral and public awareness through model practices.
